i have user had have new outlook profile created. in profile has work email account, works fine, had non-email related pst setup housed personal calendar worked fine on old profile. able export , import without problem, isn't getting alerts when things coming up. on top of if tries reschedule gets error saying notifications not supported folder. i've found related actual mailboxes, calendar.
does have ideas issue?
right-click root of pst folder set , choose properties. check box labeled "display reminders , tasks folder in bar"
