we have 1 user in our company missing room finder feature when creating new meeting (not appointment, confirmed). isn't there! i've found several posts windows client, not mac.
we've tried uninstalling , reinstalling product, there else can do?

firstly, identify whether issue related problematic outlook 2016 mac app, suggest try adding user’s email account same version of outlook 2016 mac app on mac in organization.
then, confirm following information further research:
1. detailed outlook mac version, example 15.32 (170309). , detailed mac os version, example mac os sierra version 10.12 (16a232).
2. kind of email account did user use, office 365 business account or non-office 365 account gmail account?
3. did room finder appear before in user’s outlook 2016 mac?
