Room selection disappears from Scheduling Assistant when changing the - Microsoft Community

the issue want report occurs in outlook office proplus 2013 (32-bit) in windows 7 64 bits. haven't tried in office standard yet. explain how reproduce it:

1. create new meeting 

2. click on sheduling assistant

3. in field belongs room finder called "show room list", select list

4. in scheduling assistant mark 1 or more rooms meeting befored selected list

5. select new list , rooms selected last selected list disappear.

the workaround issue note every room outside outlook , add them manually meeting.

this behaviour shouldn't normal. imagine need set meeting in different locations around world , people attend meeting remotely location. in case, should able select several rooms every location attend meeting.

i think issue quite easy reproduce, don't find relevant put screenshots. nevertheless, if need more info issue, please let me know. in advance.

have run tests , reproduced same behavior in various versions of outlook outlook 2013 outlook 2016. in case, recommend submit feedback our related teams since have specific need select multiple rooms different room lists international meeting. time , efforts.

meanwhile, better workaround, suggest select the add rooms option in bottom-left , manually select rooms all rooms list avoid manually adding each room meeting, can still check available room information in room finder sure.
