All emails disappeared into Sync Folders how to recover - Microsoft Community


hi,

how you?  have problem office outlook.  yesterday saw inbox count go way down 48.  current emails older emails had in folders went sync issue folder.

i need recover emails...

i see exclamation point in folder under sync issues.  how reverse happened.

i can access mail thru may cable provider disappeared there also.

  • when did concern started happening?
  • do receive error messages?
  • is account accessing emails exchange server?
  • are using office home, professional, or business?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
