how create "on computer" folder can delete them server.

hi lovingriz,

 

on computer folder needn’t created ourself, it’s local folder existing in outlook mac.

 

if have exchange accounts in outlook, on computer folders hidden default.

 

to show on computer folders, please go navigation pane, on outlook menu, click preferences. under personal settings, click general, , then, under folder list, clear hide on computer folders check box.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
