Latest Windows Update - Microsoft Community


i installed latest windows update 1 week ago , have had issues since then.  outlook's spell check doesn't allow me "ignore" word thinks misspelled - it's grayed out , non-functional.  certain functions in excel no longer functioning.  has else had issue?

it whacked icloud app, didn't surprise me because happens everytime there update.  this time, however, can't work again.

this issue occurs when office application needs updated. isolate issue, kindly provide answers following questions:

  • which version of office running?
  • did update office application latest version? this, can follow steps here.
  • is issue same when booting office application in safe mode?
  • have tried repairing office application check , resolve issue? so, can click here.
  • have tried uninstalling , reinstalling icloud app check if issue still persists?

in meantime, can follow steps provided on link to resolve issue related not working "ignore" option in outlook.

please post result further assistance.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
