why do i have to get the same junk every day in my junk box even with - Microsoft Community


getting 4 or 5 junk emails day group called "bestwishes". go junk box along daily viagra , other pharmaceuticals. have tried block of these never works. tried set rules key words automatically deleted. never works. high paid it's @ ms why can not make filter never see these ads in junk or anywhere?

understand wanted directly delete these junk emails instead of receiving them in junk email folder. outlook client has feature delete these junk emails instead of moving them junk email folder. can click junk->options , tick on permanently delete suspected junk email instead of moving junk email folder screenshot below:

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
