Can't share calendar in outlook - Microsoft Community


i have purchased new laptop , set new outlook account. copied of contacts previous email account.

when try share new calendar contact i error message:

"error while preparing send sharing message"

when click "calendar permissions" -> "add" can select 2 address books. 1 named after email address , empty. other offline global address book , has email address in (none of contacts shown).

why can't share calendar contacts , how fix it?

we know more issue. please answer following:

  • what previous email account?
  • can open shared items owa?
  • when did first encounter issue?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
