Conversation Clean Up tool - Microsoft Community


i interested in using conversation clean tool.  understand it, if have email conversation of 10 emails , use tool last email remain , other 9 delete. 

 

my question if include attachment in 5th email of conversation , use tool then, last email , 5th email (the email containing attachment) remain or email containing attachment deleted?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
