multiple of the same emails accounts (gmail and outlook) - Microsoft Community


just recently, every time run test email setting, new same email address , folders created.  how rid of them , keep happening again?

i think here's how email folders increase. unknowingly linked email accounts, 365, outlook, , webmail.  this caused problem , starting on through services keep posted.

saying ‘run test email setting’, mean adding new email account in preferences> accounts in outlook 2016 mac client? if not, introduce detailed steps of how ‘run test email setting’ , symptom ‘a new same email address , folders created’? relevant screenshots appreciated.

in addition, i’d confirm following information our better understanding:
1. kind of account did set in outlook mac client , how did set up? via exchange or imap/pop?
2. detailed version of outlook mac client. (go outlook> outlook.)

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
