Outlook 2016 for Mac OS keeps opening with "Welcome to - Microsoft Community


i'm , office365 user , have outlook 2016 installed on mac os sierra. 

i have 2 accounts active within outlook 2016.

still, every time startup outlook pops 'welcome outlook' screen, followed 'you setup now' , followed 'set inbox' popup. have click 'not now'.

this becoming rather annoying, might understand.

how tell outlook 2016 start?

removing plist new location containers/com.microsoft.outlook/data/library/preferences instead of library/preferences linked in initial reply did trick.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
