Unable to receive email in Outlook 2013 - Microsoft Community


i set new email in outlook 2013 , can send emails cannot receive emails.  clicked on email address in left pane , receiving script error.  error indicates, line: 278, char: 1, error: library not registered, code: 0.  , whole bunch of stuff under url.  asks:  want continue running scripts on page - yes no.

i uninstalled office 2013 , reinstalled , still having same problem.

we'd clarify script error you're experiencing. happening on outlook today? if so, it's possible it's registry corruption.

recommend take @ links provided on thread posted hal hostetler - mvp-outlook error library not registered.

feel free post if need further assistance.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
