Android Email sending failed message . - Microsoft Community


hello,

i had few work emails 2 of them 365 , working fine , except 1 of them, can receive not sending , sending failed .

i tried removing , setting again still have same issue. 

can pls assist ?

yes, solve problem.

 

since problem related office 365, please sign in outlook web app using affected office 365 account , check if can send emails. in case problem related network environment, please try using network environment , check if helps. if possible, please find android phone , check if can send emails affected office 365 account.

 

for further troubleshooting, i’d collect following information:

1. error message when send emails? if so, please catch screenshot of error message , sent analysis.

2. using built-in mail application or outlook android client? if outlook android client, version using?

3. did install applications before problem occur?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
