deleted users in Planner - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have created plan in planner. there issue deleted users:

1: user no longer part of plan still assigned task, , not possible "un-assign" (without assigning else).

2: messages in conversation sent user deleted tenant (= non-existing user account), resulting in boiuncing e-mails/error messages. find no way delete user recipient list?

as mentioned above, need click pop out button first. here detailed steps:

  1. navigate group conversation , click add message.
  2. click pop out button on right side.
  3. select deleted user , use backspace button or delete button on keyboard remove user.
  4. reply conversation.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
