 i received email microsoft not have ermissionto down load emails. have been downloading months. wont outlook

we need more information identify why getting error on outlook. please provide following:

  • just verify, using office outlook or outlook web app?
  • if using office outlook, version using? email provider?
  • are using company's exchange server or exchange activesync?
  • please provide screenshot showing error.
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

we'd appreciate additional information may provide.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
