"Share" File Using Non-MS Product - Microsoft Community


i use pdf editor create , edit pdfs. 1 of functions button click attach pdf new email using outlook 2013 (365). program supposed open outlook new email window file attached. had issues computer , ended restoring factory , re-installing of programs , function doesn't work anymore. tried using different pdf editor same function 1 doesn't work either. i'm able use "share" function in word 2013 , attach file new email won't work on other products not manufactured ms. running windows 7 , office 365 (2013 version). have ideas on how resolve this?

update, turns out outlook profile file corrupt. ended creating new profile , fixed issue.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
