Outlook 2016: Is it possible to cc (or bcc) a contact - Microsoft Community


we using contact categories implement distribution lists.  however, want cc/bcc particular category, rather address category members "to" recipients.  our current practice categorize view of contacts, , choose mail - place categorized contacts in 'to' field.  we move contacts' addresses cc/bcc field.

is there way directly place contacts in particular category in cc/bcc field?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
