Outlook 365 unread mail folder across all folders. - Microsoft Community


   today missed important , time sensitive email because using o365 premuim.  

this failure on part of microsoft's development team.  i never missed these emails in real outlook.  why has capability monitor folders unread been taken away in online version?  when reinstated? must monitor many projects , have rules move emails requisite folder.  in real outlook i monitor unread mail under search folders. in lesser mail package can not.  

    seems break tenet 1 not remove capability when 'upgrading' a product.  i have tracked many many threads related , as there no real answer.  just deflection, cop out or worst no answer @ all. thread runs dry.  

the demand return of feature enormous yet there no movement. why allowed ****?

                   try fanboy want me there leaving me shaking head.

to better understand situation, please provide more details symptom “in the real outlook i monitor unread mail under search folders. in lesser mail package cannot”, screenshots? check on side.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
