so, until today, when click on paperclip attach file, files onedrive , shared me would show, select file that's on onedrive, or browse local pc.
today, when treid attach, don't see it. i connecting offce365 home, where, after put in credentials, have mail, calender, yammer, people, onedrive, sharepoint, etc.
i select mail icon, have, start new email, click on paperclip, , show group files (says no group files), , computer.
from office home page, can open onedrive icon, , see files, shared, etc, expect.
again, worked yesterday.

this issue posted service health dashboard (shd) incident ex94874 starting @ wednesday, march 1, 2017 01:00:00 am (utc). user experience of incident is: users may unable view app launcher tiles within outlook on web. tenant administrators can view current information , updates on shd @ link here:
