hi have other connected account in outlook in outlook mobile app can not send email connected email address how can that?

based on description provided, need determine cause of problem. having said that, know more concern. kindly answer following:

  • any changes made on application prior concern?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • are getting error messages when sending email? if so, can send screenshot? note: please not include personal information.
  • is happening on specific email account?

in meantime, suggest uninstall , reinstall said app refresh it. can check link further information regarding concern.

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
