powerpoint 2016 taking up a lot of cpu resource - Microsoft Community

i'm having exact same issue here. powerpoint's cpu usage peaks 40% when opened presentation stored on onedrive. when copy file locally , re-open in powerpoint, cpu usage next nothing.

@cliff - if it's necessary i'll check in safe mode well, given similarities between users (and clear relation onedrive) don't think it's add-on.

yes safe mode test important part of trouble shooting process. necessary confirm that problem not being caused addin, 1 ships ms application.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
