Seeing previous emails from a sender via the inbox - Microsoft Community


i managed set inbox in outlook 2016 when clicked on email previous emails appeared in window @ bottom of screen.

i think outlook 2016 crashed 1 day , view seemed disappear.

i cannot life of me work out how back! if can advise i'd grateful. say, did click on latest email , previous ones appeared in window @ bottom of screen.

possible rule filter emails based on user/email sent emails got removed or deleted. can create rule based on email message sender or recipients. can follow instructions on link: (click here).

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
