Some MS Outlook Notes disappeared - Microsoft Community


i opened ms outlook notes find 9 of 30 notes created are missing. of remaining notes have reverted previous state, meaning of recent text entered missing. using surface pro 3 windows 10 , office 2013. not use outlook mail.

would have suggestion on how can recover missing note text? backup.pst have missing text?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
