Touch screen zooming is disabled after using inking feature in - Microsoft Community


hello

i got microsoft office 2016 , use powerpoint feature. 

everytime make inking on powerpoint slides, cannot use touch screen zoom in or out. other touch feature seems working not pinch-to-zoom/spread-to-zoom-out feature.

any appreciated, thank you

to investigate issue, need following information:

 

  1. which office 365 subscription have?
  2. on device using powerpoint draw ink?
  3. are using windows 10? please confirm exact version.
  4. what version of office 2016 using?

 

additionally, please check if can zoom-in , zoom-out if use ink feature in word or excel.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
