turns out happens when onedrive syncing outlook.pst file. this happens while outlook open, , try @ new email. apparently, onedrive can take on outlook.pst file while in use outlook! the way able use outlook when happens pause onedrive sync.
there apparently no way schedule onedrive sync during midnight hours, , if try remove file onedrive sync list, warning whole file deleted!
this apparently happening because outlook installed files in onedrive documents folder.
is there solution this?
the use of pst data file not supported on network/cloud location, pst needs located on local pc drive. on first installation/setup of ms outlook using pst data files, located on local drive, not onedrive
you need shutdown ms outlook, pause syncing, move pst data file local pc \mydocuments\ms outlook files\, when restart ms outlook complain cannot locate data file, use browse option locate , select data file.
