when receive meeting invitation, when first select in email list meeting response buttons (accept/decline/etc.) missing. if click out of invitation (e.g on email) , click back, buttons appear.

firstly confirm following information better understand situation:
1. detailed outlook client version. can find clicking file->office account->about outlook.
2. kind of email account did use in outlook, office 365 account or non-office 365 account? if office 365 account, please check in owa see if meeting invitation has same issue.
3. please confirm whether issue occurred when receive each meeting invitation or particular senders?
