basic search in Outlook notes not working - Microsoft Community


since year or more simple search function isn't working in notes part of outlook 365.

if place cursor in note , hit command-f little search pop shows. doesn't work. won't search inside note used to. nothing happens.

anybody have same experience?

the other search function in upper right corner works identify note have i'm looking for, won't show inside note.

let me suggest try steps provided on link , see if issue persist.

please keep updated after finished steps provide more help.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
