i trying simple common thing in outlook web access 365. have email account needs go employee here , emails need redirected created folder in inbox.
i created "sweep rule" (cant stick calling filtering?) redirect messages persons email. in persons email created 2 rules saying if specific word , specific address in recipients name gets forwarded created folder.
it not work. tried forwarding can create rule works way either.
i have done sort of thing decade no issues. can me here? have wasted hour plus on this...

so decided should connect account since both 365 accounts , @#$#$ing message! understand not supports fault... sort of thing unacceptable paid software in 2017! nothing ever works. engineer, not sort of person computer illiterate. i've been @ decade. can explain why microsoft cannot connect itself? have set pop account connect 1 of our internal email addresses? not moving backwards?
