Major bug in Outlook 2016 for Mac. Unable to send, respond or forward - Microsoft Community


i use outlook 2016 mac, version: 15.30 (170107) office 365. running on macos sierra 10.12.3. 

my company uses google business outlook set receive , send emails through gmail. guess set use imap.

this have been working year or 1 week go outlook stopped working. 

i can open outlook , see list on new emails, , first sentences (as do). able open email in it´s own window, when try press "respond" button, "forward" button sent email listing "page" , nothing happens. basicly unable send emails. when close outlook error message saying error occurred.  

any ideas? experiencing same thing? 

thanks insight. 

can compare settings have in mail ones in outlook?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
