Outlook 2016 "Update Folder" is can't be selected - Microsoft Community


i trying set e-mail account on outlook 2016.   looks account set correctly of information looks correct on "pop , imap account settings" page.    when select "test account settings" 

i have sent myself several test emails , not appearing in outlook 2016, appear if log in webmail provided provider know emails there.

the "update folder" greyed out.  all other functions can selected.   e-mails not appearing , can't send e-mails

any appreciated.  find frustrating!

there might conflicts on updates or programs installed on pc. recommend check article guide on how troubleshoot issues sending emails in outlook 2016.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
