signature disappears when replying/ forwarding to emails with an - Microsoft Community


client of ours complaining when creates, forwards or replies email without attachment, signature attached when tries create, forward or reply email attachment, signature disappears. has 2 or 3 other accounts work fine, it's 1 has problem with. using outlook 2016 on windows based pc , forwards/ replies outlook. happens type, (format), of attachments. has ever experienced before? how can fixed?

have checked outlook settings if correct?

made changes on client's computer far?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
