hello,

since upgrade 1703 mail app closes unexpectedly when trying reply or forward mail.

the mail stored concept it's impossible update it. app freezes moment , closes.

when opening mail again same happens. way deleting concept mail in drafts folder.

in order isolate issue, we'd following information:

  • which version of outlook using? check this, click on link.
  • aside deleting concept mail in drafts folder, other troubleshooting steps have tried far?

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
