Text copied into an Outlook email turns green and is underlined, and I - Microsoft Community


when copy text external source outlook email (office 365 outlook), save draft, , reactivate draft further editing, copied text shown in weird green color , underlined (very amateurish!). there seems no way rid of formatting. no ordinary formatting commands work. how can stupid behavior outlook stopped?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
