Change user name in Outlook - Microsoft Community

hello,

i having exact same problem jeanette described above.  i have changed name explained above, when log outlook name , image appear original.  i have made change repeatedly , there has been not impact.  as result, name registers email not change.  this may seem minor glitch, unacceptable.   

please provide fix problem.

  • which outlook using? identify outlook version, suggest checking helpful article.
  • if using outlook web, browser using? have tried using different browser? if yes, happened.
  • when did start experiencing issue?
  • are trying change name reflecting account or username@domain.com?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
