How can I stop Outlook from going back to the top of my inbox during a - Microsoft Community


when search outlook inbox, while outlook performing search, if scroll down relevant e-mail, outlook jumps list top until search complete.  this makes impossible relevant e-mail until entire search process has been completed, can take 1-2 minutes.

is there way fix inbox not keep resetting top during search process?

if you're accessing account online @ outlook.com, outlook search feature scans of emails first before can scroll down , check other emails. design can't change. however, we're open feedbacks , suggestions makes outlook more useful. appreciate if raise our outlook team feedback using our outlook suggestion box.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
