How to create reusable Outlook templates(like .oft or .msg) - Microsoft Community


can body please advise how create outlook templates(like .oft or .msg) mac outlook making use of windows outlook. doable? need in other format?  or at-least how reusable outlook templates on mac multiple mac users way windows outlook can directly open , use.  tried searching didn't exact answers.

if using outlook 2016 mac, based on article - can create email templates in outlook 2016 mac? , templates email messages not supported.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
