Outlook 2010 shared calendar view dropping calendars - Microsoft Community


i have user 12 shared calendars meeting rooms. have them open side side in calendar view, own calendar not selected.

when switching email calendar outlook re-select users calendar , de-select last calendar, room 12, causing confusion when booking rooms meetings.

can outlook remember selected calendars view?

hi alan,

in microsoft outlook, can view multiple calendars @ same time, either side-by-side or overlaid 1 merged calendar. can include calendars, shared calendars other people, sharepoint calendars, internet calendars, or internet calendar subscriptions.

to answer question, the calendar selected opens next calendar displayed. each successive calendar opens next 1 opened. we suggest open calendar 1 @ time , not open multiple calendars when you're trying book appointment.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
