problems with microsoft tech support? - Microsoft Community


have spent of last day trying microsoft sort - wanted keep old email in outlook , add new email in there too.  first tech lost 1'000's of emails - luckily latter tech support found them , got them on.  later discovered contacts , calenders missing - hours later got , running again.  went on emails today - find no emails being received in main outlook account since 3 pm yesterday, more hours support dumped me isp server settings?  yesterday morning - why oh why did trust microsoft - nightmare , left it!

you need state type of mail accounts had/have, pop, imap, outlook.com or

if add new mail meant new mail account, within ol, file>account settings>email tab...........new

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
