Suddenly, Messages Sent to a Group Don't Go to the Group - Microsoft Community


last week 1 of team asked why didn't message sent group called "everyone."  you'd guess, company people in group.  message trace showed message not delivered mailbox of sender, , tried myself , it's true, message didn't go sender.

but did few weeks ago.  use share tips , file copy in folder.  sender doesn't copy. 

what happened?  why?

based on test, when sender member of office 365 send emails office 365 group, senders won’t receive emails in inbox of outlook , , emails can received in office 365 group shows in outlook. please check it.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
