i have premium , don't see feature. how should , should icon located? need activate somewhere (addin)? need click specific folder see on home tab.

hi oliver,

outlook customer manager not kind of add-in. if office 365 business premium user , in first release channel, outlook customer manager automatically added home tab of outlook 2016 windows client. looks this:

if cannot see “outlook customer manager” button, please confirm whether office 365 account in first release channel office 365 administrator. more information, please refer article: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/outlook-customer-manager/outlook-customer-manager-availability-to-first-release/m-p/45553#m189.

note: your administrator need set first release on organization level.
