Office365 Outlook for Mac OS X and iOS - Sent mail does not appear in - Microsoft Community


hi experts , people facing same issue,

all sent mail not appear in sent on both office365 outlook mac os x , ios.

my settings set default , has never changed.

is there can help?

firstly, i'd confirm following information better understand situation:
1. detailed outlook mac client version. can check clicking outlook->about outlook on top tool bar.
2. kind of email account did use in outlook mac, office 365 business account or imap account? if using imap account, there setting in outlook mac not keep send items in sent mail folder screenshot below. please check setting on side , capture screenshot of page.

3. ios part, please let know if using latest version of outlook ios app. if temporarily disconnect email account app , use outlook mac, issue persist?
