Outlook 365 15.33 continuously asking for password - Microsoft Community

hi,
i downloaded latest office 365 on new mac, , setup mail (exchange). works fine 10-15 minutes, ask password again. if ignore outlook disconnect , if enter password continuous function normal 20 minutes, stats again.
i have far deleted keychain related items, installed office, deleted , recreated account no luck.
i had similar issue sometime office 2016, , took allot of effort resolve it, , see many similar complaints others no real resolution.
please help

i assume problematic account office 365 account. if it’s true, have followed steps below delete keychain?
1. go keychain access.
2. search "exchange" under login --> items , delete everything.
3. search "office" , delete everything.
4. search "adal" , delete everything.
5. launch outlook.
6. activation prompt , if account added see password prompt app , adal again. please 2-factor authentication if asked , should able login.
if no, please give shot see whether issue can resolved. if yes, please change password , follow steps in article below update password check result:
if issue persists, need information below troubleshoot it:
1. detailed versions of outlook mac client , mac os. example, outlook 2016 mac 15.33(170401) , sierra 10.12.4.
2. detailed steps how configure account on mac client.
3. same issue occur if configure email account such outlook.com account on outlook mac client?
