Outlook for iOS App Issues - Microsoft Community


am having issues outlook.com ios app.  i exported contacts , calendar outlook 365 running on windows 10 computer.  when fired outlook ios app, none of calendar entries appeared, , got half of contacts synched.  i have both on account need vacate friday.  suggestions?  i using outlook.com pop email. need convert exchange server synch?  why some, not of contacts come over?  if log outlook.com in browser, can see contacts.  appreciate , help.  thanks.

yes, correct. since have set email pop account, calendars , contacts not sync properly. you'll have add them exchange activesync account. also, make sure email app has correct permissions access calendar , contacts.

i waiting email verification code *** email address removed privacy *** after signing visual studios account. have run message trace see why email not being delivered , given following message: led=550 4.3.2 queue.transportagent; message deleted transport agent i have looked error , saying message being stuck in queue, resolve unfreeze queue. however, in order need exchange toolbox or exchange management, no longer exists office 365 since eac came about. yet haven't found queue viewers in eac can manage , unfreeze queue.   my spam filter set @ 'bypass spam filters'. have whitelisted domain, , have set connection filter allows ip address domain come through. however, after running message trace, email still being dropped. any insight on why happening?  thanks hi suean-work, according description, have try many settings on side. confirm again ‘bypass spam filters’ settings. did mean have c...
