Outlook for Mac - no Century Gothic - Microsoft Community


have updated outlook v15.32 mac, , century gothic no longer in fonts. still available on other microsoft programmes. please advise how can install

please compose new email>choose font>font collections>windows office compatible, , check if font exist or not.

if not, please go finder>application>font book> click century gothic>drag 1 preview symbol new blank email> send or save email.

then check fonts tab>recent fonts in outlook , let me know if works.

if above doesn't work, please answer a few queries below.

1. detailed version number of outlook such 15.32 170309

2. screenshots of font in other microsoft programm, outlook, , font book.

i waiting email verification code *** email address removed privacy *** after signing visual studios account. have run message trace see why email not being delivered , given following message: led=550 4.3.2 queue.transportagent; message deleted transport agent i have looked error , saying message being stuck in queue, resolve unfreeze queue. however, in order need exchange toolbox or exchange management, no longer exists office 365 since eac came about. yet haven't found queue viewers in eac can manage , unfreeze queue.   my spam filter set @ 'bypass spam filters'. have whitelisted domain, , have set connection filter allows ip address domain come through. however, after running message trace, email still being dropped. any insight on why happening?  thanks hi suean-work, according description, have try many settings on side. confirm again ‘bypass spam filters’ settings. did mean have c...
