PowerPoint and presenting online - Microsoft Community


i trying use present online feature in excel 365, presenting user on office 2013 each time try, same error message: "service unavailable".

i have tried using several different presentations , each same thing.

is there long standing technical issue feature or missing something?

long-standing technical issue, i'm afraid.  don't know if it's broken or "lucky" ones.

instead, might try posting file on onedrive , sending other person link; can view file @ same time (though won't able control they're seeing).

alternatively, there paid , free services gotomeeting (paid) or teamviewer (still free, i'm pretty sure) let share computer's screen on net others.
