All Messages Show Up As Times New Roman Font on iPhone when sent from - Microsoft Community

i wanted chime in on this.

whenever send e-mails using latest outlook 15.33 , view them anywhere outside of outlook (i.e. gmail, inbox, ios mail), fonts displayed times new roman.

since working on , suspect issue editor, please consider double paragraph spacing issue. when reply e-mails, paragraph spacing set double on recipient side. notice when receive answers replies.

to better understand issue, please provide following information further troubleshoot:

1.) the detailed outlook mac version, example 15.30 (170107). , detailed mac os version, example macossierra version 10.12 (16a232)

2.) ios version details of iphone. , detailed version of iphone mail app (ios mail).

3.) regarding “double paragraph spacing”, please provide screenshots examples.

4.) try sending different fonts , check if still shows times new roman on recipient.

5.) issue occur if change font format plain text format in outlook mac.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
