Back up ALL email rules - Microsoft Community


how can of email rules, both in outlook , ones fancy/elaborate flow outlook rules (for unknown incomprehensible reason if rule has more 1 criteria outlook doesn't see it).

long story short, know can backup email rules outlook. problem not rules flow outlook app. 1 day, after outlook views decided stop working; made 1 change in outlook rule, email go subfolder instead of subfolder b. upon clicking ok, did whole "updating server" pop-up box, sat there 10 minutes. putting on 2nd white flag hat, forced quit outlook. upon opening, email rules gone, both in outlook , owa/office365.

how can email rules.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
