Can't see shared calendar of coworker - Microsoft Community

we switched office 356. among coworkers want share our calendars. can see calendar of every coworker except 1 , have no clue why.
here of did:
i receive email in outlook , hit blue "accept" button. after spinner disappears button "view calendar". nothing happens if click button. coworker not appear in shared calendars.
the strange thing combination not work. coworker can see calendar can't see hers. whole procedure works every other coworker. combination not work.
we both using macs if important. use calendar app on mac see each others calendars calendar not appear there. not appear in office 356 calendar web app either not suprised.
additionally 1 in office locale set on mac. keyboard, language, etc. else using german.
