Font size issues - Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Community

seeing initial thread on appears have been abandoned, thought re-open debate.

the company work has user on mac using outlook 2016 mac. other users have experienced, font sizes on emails can change @ random.

when typing emails out, font selected arial, size 10. when email received else, can change size 2, 6, 18 or size wishes, in middle of sentence, before changing again else. 

it doesn't matter if new email, reply or forward , doesn't happen on every email. can happen email @ time there seems no set criteria guarantee happen. there fix @ all?

thank post. further investigate problem encounter, please provide following information:

1.) the  detailed outlook mac version, example 15.30 (170107). , detailed mac os version, example macos sierra version 10.12 (16a232). 

2.) ask sender stop using signature when sending email, check if issue related signature.

3.) check if issue occurs fonts helvetica, arial , times new roman.

4.) check recipient if he/she has similar default font settings incoming , outgoing messages sender.

5.) please provide screenshots regarding font size changes,  showing sender’s email  to recipient’s received email.
