Outlook rule to move a copy to the specified folder is replacing the - Microsoft Community


i have following account setup within single profile.

acct1 - *** email address removed privacy *** (pop)

acct2 - *** email address removed privacy ***

acct3 - *** email address removed privacy ***

within *** email address removed privacy *** account, i've created following outlook rule: "apply rule after send message, move copy @sent folder"

this works - when go @sent folder - located within ghi@gmail account - address of email has been changed *** email address removed privacy ***.  when in sent mail folder of *** email address removed privacy *** - see address *** email address removed privacy ***.

the same thing happens same configuration in *** email address removed privacy *** account.

any ideas?

  • have switched acct3 profile before sending email?
  • what outlook default profile?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
